Membership Policy: Free membership offered to all students. To be a member sign up in the website. But the contents like study materials along with video classes and online examinations are chargeable.

Shipping Policy: Hard copy study materials will be shipped at free of cost to the students or it can be collected during regular classes at the Institute.

Return Policy: There is no return policy as all of the products are mostly digital. Return of hard copy study material can only be initiated if found any manufacturing/ binding defect.

Refund Policy: Refund can only be initiated with proper verification regarding the service been provided.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of any study tutorial package can be initiated after filling the cancellation form from member's page. Members will get partial refund as per the availed service and partial completion of the course which will be determined by the higher authority of NS Institute.
